Shipping and Return Policy

The Anna’s hat is a small family business we do not accept returns. We exchange with another product if the item is not the size you chose or the item is a different model from what you had ordered.

Exchange policy

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be presented within 7 days after the purchase has been processed and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please carefully repack your order and ship back to THE ANNA’S HAT via a carrier that provides tracking information so that we can verify shipping and delivery

We are not responsible for damage caused to a returned or exchanged hat due to improper return packaging.

If  the product comes with some missing element or the item shows signs of use, will not proceed with the exchange and the item will be returned to the customer, considering to the customer the cost of return.

The customer is responsible for choosing the carrier to return the product to THE ANNA’S HAT.

Once that has been validated exchange, THE ANNA’S HAT perform the relevant procedures immediately, and the product be delivered in approximately 2 O 3 weeks.

Returns and Refunds is applicable when:

  • The hat you received is: defective or damaged. For any problems with size and for all other reasons you can request an exchange that will be processed promptly

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In our ONLINE STORE THE ANNA’S HAT, we accept PayPal account and is verified .

It is important that the billing address and phone number (Bank credit card) are well proportioned, since, if any errors in such information, cause the processing of the order is delayed.

STOCK AND REQUEST

Our Genuine hat (Panama hats) are purely handmade by craftsmen. In our catalog, our product images are shown slightly similar, but not identical, either in color, width of wing and any other attribute.

faithfully hope that the delivery of the product will be satisfactory, however, for various reasons may be the case that the receiver will get damaged or changed, if this is the case, produce immediate notification is requested to proceed to return, verify change and return the product available to the customer.

 

All our products are limited according to the stock in some cases the store has similar qualities or degrees, so you can talk with us to fulfill your order as soon as possible to theannashat@gmail.com. If you want to personalize you hat with your name or if you want a super fine hat please contact us by email and send us the picture that you want your hat. The hat is made by hand, do not have the same immediate, since in most cases it requires weeks and months to work it out and place of them again.

For reservations, an order can be reserved once payment has been verified and confirmed data buyer.

IMPORTANT: order may be on hold until maximum 7 days without overtime. If you have not finalized the payment in that time, the order will not valid.
